When you first log in, your Dashboard shows a checklist guiding you through key steps — completing your profile, taking the assessment quiz, browsing the library, tracking your first health metric, and more — so you can get the most out of your membership.
Start with three things: (1) Take the Assessment Quiz to identify your biggest bottlenecks, (2) Log your first day of nutrition and water in the Health Dashboard, and (3) Browse the Learning Library for content relevant to your goals. From there, the Dashboard's Streaks widget and Correlation Insights will keep you motivated and informed.
The Health Dashboard is your central hub for tracking nutrition, hydration, weight, body composition, activity, sleep, and recovery — all in one place. It shows daily progress rings, weekly trends, streaks, and AI-powered correlation insights. Access it from the Dashboard's Health Summary widget or the 'Health' link in your navigation.
Go to Health → Nutrition & Macros. You can manually add foods with calorie and macro info, or use the Saved Foods Library to quickly log items you eat regularly. Set daily macro goals (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber) and the dashboard shows your progress in real-time with visual progress rings.
Go to Health → Water. Quick-add buttons let you log common amounts (8oz, 16oz, etc.) in one tap, or enter a custom amount. The dashboard shows your daily progress toward your hydration goal and a 7-day trend chart. Water logging also counts toward your daily streaks.
Go to Health → Weight & Measurements. Log your daily weight and optionally record body measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, body fat %, lean mass). The page shows a trend chart with a 7-day rolling average, total weight change, and your most recent measurements.
Go to Health → Progress Photos. You can upload front, side, and back photos with optional notes and weight. The comparison tool lets you view before/after photos side-by-side and download them. Photos are private to your account.
Go to Health → Activity & Workouts. Log workouts by type (strength, running, cycling, HIIT, etc.) with duration, calories, and distance. You can also log daily steps, active calories, and exercise minutes — either manually or by importing from Apple Health / Health Connect.
Go to Health → Sleep & Recovery to log a daily check-in: energy, stress, soreness, mood, and sleep quality (all 1-5 scale), plus sleep duration, resting heart rate, and HRV. This data feeds your Correlation Insights engine and counts toward your daily streak.
Yes. Go to Health → Connected Devices and click 'Sync' on Apple Health. The importer walks you through exporting your data as a CSV file from the Apple Health app, then automatically parses and imports steps, weight, water, workouts, sleep, heart rate, and HRV.
Yes. Health Connect (Android's health data platform) is also supported. Go to Health → Connected Devices and click 'Sync' on Health Connect, then follow the export instructions and upload your CSV.
The importer supports the standard Apple Health export format (with columns like startDate, type, value) as well as a simpler template format. Click 'Download CSV Template' in the importer to see the expected structure. You can also use apps like 'Health Auto Export' to generate compatible CSVs.
Supported import metrics include: steps, weight, water intake, workouts (with type and duration), active calories, exercise minutes, distance, sleep duration, resting heart rate, HRV, and subjective ratings (energy, mood, stress, soreness, sleep quality).
Yes. The importer includes a date range selector — All Data, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or Last Year — so you control how much history gets pulled in. This keeps your dashboard focused on recent, relevant data.
No. Imported data is merged by date — if you already have a manual entry for a given day, the importer updates it with the device data. If no entry exists, it creates one. All imported records are tagged with their source (Apple Health or Health Connect) for easy identification.
No. Manual entry works for every metric. The Health Dashboard is fully functional without any connected device — you just won't have automatic data syncing. You can always connect a device later if you get one.
Correlation Insights is an automated analysis engine that identifies meaningful patterns between your health metrics. Instead of looking at each metric in isolation, it detects relationships — for example, 'when you sleep more than 7 hours, your next-day energy is 15% higher.' Insights appear on your main Dashboard and the full Health Dashboard.
The engine analyzes 35+ metric pairs across sleep, nutrition, hydration, activity, workouts, and recovery. Examples include: Sleep → Energy/Mood/HRV, Hydration → Energy/Mood/Sleep Quality, Protein → Energy/Mood, Steps → Mood, Stress → Sleep Quality, and many more.
The engine requires at least 5 days of overlapping data between two metrics to surface a pattern. The more consistently you log (especially sleep, nutrition, water, and check-ins), the more insights you'll unlock and the more reliable they become.
Strength is based on the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) and sample size. 'Strong' means |r| ≥ 0.6, 'moderate' means |r| ≥ 0.4, and 'weak' is anything below. Each insight card also shows the exact r-value, sample size (n), and how many days were above vs. below the threshold.
No. Correlations are educational and observational — they show statistical patterns in your data, not cause-and-effect or medical recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your protocol based on observed patterns.
The Streaks widget on your Dashboard tracks daily engagement across five categories: nutrition logging, water logging, workout logging, daily check-ins, and weight logging. Maintain a streak by logging at least one entry in that category each day.
Consistency is the single biggest predictor of health outcomes. Streaks give you a visual nudge to log daily, which in turn gives the Correlation Insights engine more data to work with — creating a positive feedback loop where more logging leads to better insights.
Your streak resets for that category. But don't worry — you can start a new streak the next day. The widget shows your current streak and best streak for each category so you always have a goal to beat.
Go to the Protocol Tracker from your Dashboard or the Explore section. Click 'Add Compound,' select a compound (or enter a custom name), enter your dosage with the unit selector (mcg or mg), set your frequency and schedule, and save.
Yes. Every dosing input — in the Protocol Tracker, Titration Stage editor, and Reconstitution Guide — has a unit dropdown letting you pick mcg or mg. The Reconstitution Guide dose calculator automatically converts mg to mcg for the syringe unit calculation.
For GLP-style compounds and self-tracked protocols that need ramp-up, you can enable Dose Progression. This lets you define stages — each with a dose amount, start/end week, and frequency — so the tracker shows your current stage and today's dose automatically.
Pro Protocols are assigned by your provider after a consultation and appear automatically in your tracker. Self-tracked protocols are ones you add yourself. Both support dosing, scheduling, notes, and dose progression.
If you've entered a vial size and dose amount, the tracker calculates approximately how many doses and weeks of supply you have left based on your dosing frequency.
Yes. If you've built a nutrition plan or meal prep plan in the Tools section, use the 'Sync to Health' button to push planned meals directly into your daily nutrition entries. This lets you log a full day of meals in one tap and compare planned vs. actual macros with the Adherence Score.
The Reconstitution Guide is a reference tool inside the Tools section that shows dilution data — BAC water volume, final concentration, mcg per syringe unit, and mixing instructions — for each therapy and vial size.
Enter your desired dose (in mcg or mg) and the calculator tells you how many syringe units to draw, based on the standard dilution for that therapy. Always confirm with your prescribing provider or pharmacy before administering.
Some entries have incomplete dilution data pending provider or pharmacy confirmation. The dose calculator is disabled for those entries until an admin updates the missing fields.
Yes. After selecting a therapy, click 'Add Protocol to My Tracker.' It will create a self-tracked protocol with your entered dose and the guide's reference notes attached.
Our calculators use established scientific formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for metabolism, US Navy method for body fat, etc.). Enter your measurements and the tool calculates your results instantly. You can save results to your profile for future reference.
The Stack Builder lets you select up to three health goals (fat loss, longevity, recovery, etc.) and generates a visual protocol stack showing relevant compounds, timelines, and biomarkers to monitor.
Yes. Articles can be saved to your profile using the bookmark icon. PDFs and guides can be downloaded directly from their content pages.
Yes. Most library articles have a 'Listen on the Go' audio player that generates a narration of the content. You can play, pause, adjust speed, and navigate through the article.
The quiz asks about your recovery, stress, sleep, energy, and consistency. Based on your answers, it generates a personalized report identifying your biggest bottlenecks and recommended focus areas — emailed directly to you.
Upload your lab results and the analyzer extracts biomarker values, tracks trends over time, and provides educational context on what each marker means. It's not a substitute for medical advice — always review results with your provider.
Click 'Profile' in the navigation menu. From there you can edit your name, profile photo (with position/zoom adjustment), and view your activity across the platform including saved content, forum posts, saved tool results, and active protocols.
